HOW to stay SAFE and CALM in a crazy world, cont. Bach Flower Essences part 3

In part one I wrote a little about how Bach Flowers work that their energetic vibration can balance our unbalanced emotional states like fear, anxiety, stress etc. which is important in this turbulent time.And in part 2 I wrote about some specific Bach Flowers that are helpful at this time.

In part 3 I will write about Bach flowers that can benefit you in times of fear: Remember Bach Flowers can be taken a few drops from a Stock bottle under the tongue or in a glass of water and take sips during the day, if you have a treatment bottle take 4 drops 4 times daily.

Rock Rose:
for PTSD, Fears, Grief, Nightmares Loss, Bereavement, its also in the Rescue Remedy
helps to be confident and calm

Mimilus:
Fears of known origin like illness, accidents, loneliness etc, avoids and withdraws romsituations that cause anxiety, shy, uneasy with people
helps to feel secure and accept life's risks

Cherry Plum:
obsessed with control as it give a false sense of security, sudden outbursts of anger, rage, hysteria, on verge of break down, fear of losing control (emoitonally, mentally, financially)
its also in the Rescue Remedy
helps to be calm in stressful situation and trust in the outcome

Aspen:
feelings of dread that something bad is going to happen, anything, even if insignificant can cause stress or anxiety
helps with feeling more secure and inner peace

Red Chestnut:
Excessive anxiety and fear especially for family members, friends, anticipates the worst, overwhelmed and fretting
helps with being objective about the welfare of others, accepts life's changes and challenges
